Second year quarterback Baker Mayfield is carrying no tag going into Sunday. He was listed with a hand and rib aliments earlier in the week, but I expect him to be effective. Edge rusher Oliver Vernon is questionable, but has a good shot to play. Tight end David Njoku is making his return, and he could be effective immediately. His injury was to his hand, which means he most likely stayed in shape. A.J. Green is out again with his preseason ankle injury. At this point, he may not play a snap this season.
