Case Keenum (90 last week) 39
Baker Mayfield dislocated his non-throwing shoulder against last week and will miss the contest. However, Keenum is a good option to fill in and has experience with Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski. The 33-year-old went 11-3 with the Vikings in 2017, when Stefanski was the offensive coordinator. We think Keenum surpasses his passing yards over/under of 219.5 on FanDuel Sportsbook.
Odell Beckham Jr. (67 last week) 67
The Browns star receiver suffered an AC joint sprain Sunday, but returned to play after presumably receiving an injection. He finished with 5 catches for 79 yards. We expect him to play despite not practicing at all this week.
D'Ernest Johnson (74 last week) 11
The 25-year-old will start in place of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt, who are both nursing calf injuries. Johnson profiles as an inside rusher, but has less than 200 career rushing yards. Assuming left tackle Jedrick Wills Jr. and right tackle Jack Conklin both miss another contest, we don't see how Johnson surpasses the 58.5 rushing yards over/under listed on FanDuel Sportsbook.
