The Chiefs’ running backs have been dealing with injuries in recent weeks, and it has now come out that Clyde Edwards-Helaire will return after a 3-game hiatus with a high ankle sprain/hip issue. Le’Veon Bell will be inactive with a knee injury he suffered versus the Browns, leaving Darrel Williams as the next man up behind Edwards-Helaire.
