Clyde Edwards-Helaire Logs Full Practice, Darrel Williams Misses With Toe Injury

Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire logged a full practice Wednesday for the first time since injuring his left shoulder Week 16.

The 22-year-old was limited in practice last week on Wednesday, then missed practice Thursday and Friday before he was ruled out.

Certainly his return to full practice reps is a great sign for his status this Sunday, but head coach Andy Reid told reporters he wants to see how Edwards-Helaire does on back-to-back days of practice.

Backup running back Darrel Williams did not practice Wednesday with a toe injury that limited him to one carry against the Steelers last week.

Playing in his fourth career playoff game, Jerick McKinnon was instrumental in the win over Pittsburgh. His 64 rushing yards were the most for him since Week 2 of last season.

The former Vikings running back has suffered two ACL tears in his right knee, but looks to be fresh for the playoffs.

Kansas City are 1.5-point favorites at home against the Bills this Sunday, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
