In his first game back from an AC Joint sprain, Broncos WR1 Courtland Sutton tore his ACL while making a tackle on a dropped pass-turned interception. We did not see anything on film at the time, but his was moving awkwardly at the end of the play. Though he was initially suspected as having mere knee cramps, it has been confirmed today that he will be out for the season. Another tough blow for a Broncos team that has already lost their premiere pass rusher, starting QB, star RB and #1 corner. In his absence, backup QB Jeff Driskel will have to lean more heavily on emergent TE Noah Fant, as well as young WR's Tim Patrick, Jerry Jeudy, Daesean Hamilton and KJ Hamler.
