Dallas plays Chicago Thursday but this is not a short week game. Both teams have a full seven days given that they played on Thanksgiving. Even with the full week cycle to recover the Cowboys seem unlikely to have Leighton Vander Esch who is dealing with a neck issue, Antwaun Woods with a knee injury, and Jeff Heath who has injuries to both shoulders. All three won't practice today and there is a good possibility all three will miss the game on Thursday. We still continue to worry about the potential neck surgery for Vander Esch as we have discussed here on multiple posts.
