Leighton Vander esch (neck) and Robert Quinn (ribs) both did not finish the game Sunday and exited with injury. As we discussed on the site, neither injury seems to be significant and with the bye week just passing, both players should return to practice this week. The players will have extra rest as they dont play till Monday night. Vander Esch had neck concerns at the combine and wears a neck support/collar. By video, his neck injury does not appear related to the collegiate concerns. Quinn's rib issue is painful, but something players can deal with this type of injury on game day with padding and possible medication injections in the form of a rib block. Expect both players to be healthy for the NFC East matchup.
