Curtis Samuel, the Washington Football Team wide receiver, remained a non-participant in practice after tweaking his groin. He has been dealing with the groin issue for a good part of the preseason. At this point, it appears there's little chance he can play in the season opener on Sunday. Given his profile as a speedy receiver, it is highly unlikely that he can make a recovery to play or be effective.
