The speedy free agent signing has been dealing with a groin injury for much of preseason and tweaked said groin in practice Wednesday. Samuel is to be placed on IR and will likely not be back till October. The fact that he already reaggravated the groin means Washington will be cautious and careful on how they deal with Samuel.
