A video has emerged of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott working out including throwing drills. Certainly it is good to see him out on the football field doing anything after his traumatic injury. Prescott is 6 months from suffering an ankle fracture/dislocation. It has been our feeling all along that he will be ready for the 2021 regular season. The current video shows good progress, but Prescott is still favoring the right ankle considerably. He is quite flat-footed as he throws/pivots and you can see him hop on the opposite side to spare his right ankle at the end of the limited video. Prescott is making good progress and is on target to be ready for the regular season but still has a ways to go. At this point, his mobility is similar to former Washington quarterback Alex Smith however he will continue to adapt and improve.
