We have been saying all along not to overreact to Dak’s shoulder from the beginning. Prescott is now throwing some, but this does not mean he is ready or 100% today. On the other hand, we continue to believe Prescott will be ready to go by week one and have a successful season as we did when the shoulder strain first happened. It was under-reported by the team as day to day, and we pointed out, this was a bigger deal than that implied, and that has certainly come true now with his several weeks absence and second MRI. However, we continue to feel that he is on track to play Week One. His light throwing session now confirms that with video of his throws. It certainly was not much more than a light toss and it was throwing to receivers against air. This certainly indicates progress, but he is not 100% yet it seems he continues to be on track to gradually return to practice in an increasing fashion over the next week or two, which will trend him to be ready to go for week one, as we always expected.
