For the Saints, Sheldon Rankins will play and begin his start to the 2019 season after recovering from an Achilles tear but may not be 100%. His return will be key in stopping Zeke Elliot and the Cowboys rushing attack. The Cowboys are relatively healthy but wide receiver Michael Gallup and defensive tackle Antwaun Woods will miss their second straight games.
