Dalvin Cook Suffers Dislocated Shoulder, Likely to Miss At Least Two Weeks

Vikings star running back Dalvin Cook reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder in the Week 12 loss to the 49ers. By video, Cook attempted to stiff arm Kevin Givens when he was tackled, then grabbed at his left chest/pectoral area while on the ground. The 26-year-old was carted to the locker room and did not return.

The Vikings play the Lions next Sunday, then get the Steelers on the following Thursday. We think he will miss both those games, but have a good chance to return Week 15 against the Bears.

Alexander Mattison and rookie running back Kene Nwagwu will handle the running back duties in his absence.
