The Colts star linebacker reported symptoms that came on after the game and is now in the concussion protocol. It is good and smart that he reported the symptoms but this bodes poorly for his availability against the Falcons this week. The majority of players now end up missing one week in the health and safety era. The concussions that are typically cleared in one week without missing games are the ones whose symptoms are transient. The fact that there were symptoms after the game makes me believe he will ultimately be ruled out this Sunday. The mostly healthy Colts defense will take a hit in the Injury Index this week.
