The Lions star cornerback left the game. By video, he appeared to suffer a right hamstring strain. He is listed as questionable to return. It is difficult to determine the degree of hamstring injury based on video, but based on his position I think it is highly doubtful that he will return to play this week. His availability for next week is in question after suffering injury. Given he plays on an island, he needs to react and change directions. This leads to dependency on the hamstring and a high chance of aggravation. My belief is based on his position as you can’t afford to give up six points because a cornerback pulls up on a hamstring. Unfortunately, I believe his day is done and we will have to see how much more time he misses going forward.
