TV reported right hamstring but he suffered a non-contact injury to his left knee. By video, his cleat was caught in the grass and there is worry for a significant injury. I am worried for a ACL and/or LCL sprain/tear. We hope the film lies, but it looks like it could end his season. In any case it doesn't look to be right hamstring. This is the second running back named Williams injured for the Chiefs, with Damien Williams (ribs) inactive.
