The Cardinals running back hurt his back and had his back lock up on him periodically during Sunday's game. There was no particular traumatic injury. At this point with no trauma and no indication of a disk or nerve issue, it would be a matter of treatment and conservative care to get him back to 100%. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury said there was a possibility he could miss the Cardinals next game which has ignited the fantasy football world. However, I believe if given great treatment this week, he will play this Sunday. Of course no one wants to play with a back issue as that can be unpredictable and can reoccur at any point. Given the constellation of circumstances, I am on the optimistic side of Johnson playing and being effective.
