Dawson Knox, the Bills tight end, left the game with a hand injury and has been ruled out. He apparently hurt himself before his touchdown pass to Josh Allen, hence why he threw the ball in a different fashion after Allen tried to call the play off. We did not see a specific point that he was injured, but hand injuries are tough to return from for receivers and tight ends.
Knox had 3 catches for 25 yards before exiting in the fourth quarter. The Bills get a bye next week so hopefully Knox will be ready to return to play Miami Week 8.
