Deandre Baker, a former first round pick, suffered a non contact injury early in the third quarter. Baker's left knee suffered hyperextension and varus where it appeared his knee essentially dislocated. This is a multi-ligament knee injury and not only is his season done, but this impacts his 2021 campaign as well. Baker quite possibly suffered a career-altering injury, which will need surgery and make it very tough to return next season. This injury can be harder to recover from than an ACL tear. Best wishes to Deandre Baker as this is indeed a significant injury.
