DeAndre Hopkins And Keke Coutee Will Play

Both wide receivers are active today against the Jaguars. Hopkins had a rib injury that limited him in practice all week and Coutee didn't play last week after injuring his ankle in the Texans first preseason game. Hopkins should be fine while Coutee should also be himself after practicing in full all week.
