The Jaguars wide receiver was full practice today after dealing with shoulder / neck issues over the last 4 weeks including a bye and has missed just one game. He seems poised to join the Jaguars this week with Nick Foles, who is returning to start at quarterback. Westbrook is huge addition to the receiver corps as Foles will need all the help he can get in his first game back since breaking his collarbone in Week 1.
