The 49ers wide receiver was activated for the 21-day practice window. Samuel has served the minimum of three games on injured reserve and could come off at any time. The best case scenario is for a week 5 return and after two weeks of practice. Samuel should be active by week 6 for the 49ers. San Francisco has hit rock bottom with all of their injuries, but last week they crushed the Giants visibly showing their roster depth and the ability to win without their injured stars.
