Early in the fourth quarter, Samuel made a catch and went down hard on his left shoulder. He was taken to the locker room. He may be getting precautionary x-rays and still has a chance to return today with an ejection. With Emmanuel Sanders and George Kittle banged up, the 49ers may need Samuel to return today. He has returned to the field.
