Deebo Samuel was ruled out, and this is no surprise. Samuel injured his hamstring on the first play in Week 14 and remained out for the rest of the game. He has not practiced all week long, and at this point in time given the 49ers position in the standings it remains a possibility that Samuel's 2020 campaign is done.
