With about two minutes left in the game, DeSean Jackson fielded a punt and was tackled. Soon after a second player rolled up on him, which drew a penalty. His right foot suffered an external rotation injury to the ankle. Jackson hobbled off without putting weight on his right side. The belief is the knee is spared, but he likely sufferd a right high ankle sprain. He will not return to the game with so little time left and the overnight swelling could mean another multi-week absence for Jackson. The speedy wideout recently returned after missing multiple games with a hamstring injury.
