Our in-game assessment in real-time was a lower back injury and that he would finish the game. The expectation this week is for soreness but no missed time. The positive news was confirmed when Watson was full participation in practice but listed with a back injury. Expect him to be a go and ready for his matchup against the Jaguars. If the Texans don't protect him and he doesn't curtail his all-out style, more injuries will come. He was sacked six times on Monday Night Football by the Saints who were without Sheldon Rankins. At this rate, the Texans are on their way to allowing 96 sacks this season which would obliterate the NFL record.
