The Dolphins star wideout will miss his second straight game due to a hamstring injury. Devante Parker was limited in practice all week but is unable to suit up although Mike Gesicki and Jakeem Grant have been deemed active and will play. This leaves Tua Tagovailoa with a few options although he will be without his top wideout.
