Update - 10:47am PT - De'Von Achane has been ruled out of the Week 5 game.
In the first quarter, Miami Dolphins top Running Back De'Von Achane took a big hit on a tackle. Achane hit his head on the turf and has shown signs of concussion. He is now in the concussion protocol and is unlikely to return to the game.
