D.J. Moore Off Injury Report, But Hamstring Strain May Linger Against Saints

D.J. Moore, the star Panthers receiver, practiced fully on Wednesday for the first time since suffering a hamstring strain Week 14.

Moore hasn't missed game time since suffering the injury, but has taken limited practice reps.

The former Maryland wideout hasn't topped 100 yards receiving since Week 12 and could still be hampered by the hamstring injury this week.

As a receiver who relies on speed to get open, he likely needs to be 100% recovered to have the same effectiveness.

We think it's unlikely his hamstring has fully recovered as it has been just three weeks since he suffered the strain.

He had 48 and 55 receiving yards the last two weeks on 11 and 12 targets, respectively.

Granted, Moore has dealt with several quarterback changes this season. Sam Darnold will get the start at quarterback this week against the Saints.
