The Dolphins offense is already a bit in flux after switching to rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, and they will now be without their best two options at running back. Myles Gaskin has headed to IR with a knee injury, and now Matt Breida is out due to a hamstring issue. This leaves Jordan Howard as the top back however he's managed just 0.8 yards per carry this year. They won't have DeAndre Washington until Week 10 but Patrick Laird will play after popping on injury report with an ankle injury. This leaves Tagovailoa without  a running game to lean on as he finds his feet in the NFL.
