The Saints currently have issues with Alvin Kamara as he is dealing with a rib cartilage fracture. As it is like Justin Herbert's injury, there are more worries for Kamara and his ability to play Sunday. Both Kamara and Herbert’s injuries are less painful and do not involve any part of the lung. Both will need to get a rib block before the game though to avoid any injury issues affecting their play. Michael Thomas and Jameis Winston have been progressing well since their injuries but now Kamara is dealing with the injury bug as well.
We think that Tampa is trending downward with multiple injuries plaguing their receiving core along with other various positions. Green Bay did get Lazard back as well as their RT Elgton Jenkins, but they have understood they need to rely on their young running backs more rather than their older QB and banged up O-Line. Tampa Bay also may not have their top 3 wide receivers playing this Sunday and Aikeim Hicks is now dealing with a foot injury. We feel that this provides a beneficial advantage for the Packers.
Minnesota has a favorable matchup against the Lions this week due to the many injuries the Lions have in their secondary. This could potentially be a huge game for Justin Jefferson and other Vikings receivers.
Davante Adams vs the Titans is another advantage, as the starting corners have injuries and Adams is looking to bounce back after a tough loss last week. We compare this situation to our Tyreek prop last week. We placed this prop based on the fact that the Ravens had injuries in their secondary.
