By video review, the news on the Steelers running back seems better than on their quarterback. Conner appeared to avoid a major ligament injury. As he was tackled, he momentarily hyperextended his knee. The expectation is that the MRI will confirm no structural damage and the hope is to avoid a bone bruise. This injury does not appear related to his previous right knee surgery and MCL injury. We will have to follow the news, if a bone bruise, because worst case scenario could have Conner missing up to four weeks. Let’s hope for the best here.
