The San Francisco 49ers leading rusher will miss his third straight as he has recovered from his concussion but has continued to deal with a knee issue. Head coach Kyle Shanahan detailed the injury as an "irritation" and said swelling in the knee has yet to subside. Elite depth RB Jeff Wilson Jr. will continue to shoulder the load going forward and seems to have turned a corner last week with 110 yards rushing after looking slow for the first weeks since returning from a torn meniscus. We will monitor Mitchell next week as we wait for his knee injury to hill but the 49ers will have to make due against the Titans who have allowed the second least rushing yards per game in the NFL.
