The 49ers wide receiver says he wants to play this week. He was never officially in practice this week, but did do more and more as the week progressed. With negative X-rays and based on video, I believe he has a right rib cartilage injury. Julian Edelman has the same aliment. He will be to play through the injury, likely with rib block injections. Without injections these types of injuries are painful to play with. George Kittle is listed as doubtful, but will not play. (Sanders will play Sunday).
