Evans, Fournette Active but Have Limited Ceiling on TNF

We suspected Mike Evans might be able to push through his ankle issue and play versus the Bears, and indeed he is active heading into the matchup. However it is likely he will predominantly be used as a decoy to draw coverage and free up other targets, as he won't be near 100% after sitting out practice in a short week. The Fournette listing was a bit of a surprise, as he also sat out this week and was listed as doubtful. The ankle issue he's facing seems to be a chronic problem so it's likely that he is active to serve as an emergency reserve back, with LeSean McCoy and Kenjon Barner out. Ronald Jones II should handle the majority of touches with rookie Ke'Shawn Vaughn stepping up as his spell, with Fournette waiting in the wings in case someone goes down. While fantasy owners might be happy these two are active for the game, they are dubious plays this week.
