Fred Warner, the 49ers star middle linebacker, left the game with a hamstring injury and is questionable to return. Hamstring injuries are difficult to judge by video, but Warner would be a big loss for the 49ers defense. San Francisco is already down weakside linebacker Dre Greenlaw, who looked to reaggravate his Week 1 groin injury. The 49ers face the Seahawks next week.
