Tua Tagovailoa, the Dolphins starting quarterback will not play at least Week 3 and potentially longer. Based on how he was hit and in-game video analysis, we did not think he would play given that he would at least not be able to practice even if he was able to take a pregame injection. This is now a fact since head coach Brian Flores ruled him out during practice Wednesday. Flores noted that further tests revealed left rib fractures. We would expect Tagovailoa to not only miss this week, but potentially further weeks as a stint on IR is not out of the question.
