Gardner Minshew clearly there is more to the story than just his thumb injury as we've been saying all along that he has been ready to play. Rookie QB Jake Luton has been the starting quarterback and now after three games with poor performances from Luton, Mike Glennon is named the starter Week 12. As we approach two months after his initial thumb fracture and even playing through it for two games, the thumb injury is clearly not the issue. There seems to be more to the story on why Minshew is not playing, whether it's tanking, lack of confidence to Minshew, or something else, he will continue to not start for the Jaguars.
