George Kittle had a CT scan that revealed a cuboid fracture, which he suffered on Sunday. This is actually good news given that he has this type of fracture. It is not a classic Jones fifth metatarsal fracture thus, he will not need surgery. The cuboid bone is a cube-like bone on the outside of the foot. Reports say that his season is done with an attached recovery timeline of eight weeks but we believe he could return in six weeks. He could possibly even return sooner than six weeks and Kittle himself said he will be back in two weeks but the truth likely lies somewhere in the middle.
