When the MRI for the 49ers tight end George Kittle was described as "minor ailments " we posted our doubts on his availability for the next game. He returned after the hyperextension knee injury on Thursday night but did not finish the game. There does not seem to be significant structural damage but a bone bruise has not been ruled out. He did not practice this week leading up to the NFC West showdown versus the Seahawks. He is officially listed as doubtful. This translates to an over 98% chance that he will not play and even higher chance that his effectiveness would be dampened by playing with the injury.
