Giants left tackle Andrew Thomas left the game against the Rams with a right leg injury. Thomas entered the game with an injured left foot and had his right leg rolled up on while he was blocking with just over 10 minutes left in the second quarter. We have worry for an MCL sprain or high ankle injury. It will be tough for Thomas to return today, given that he now has injuries to both legs. Matt Peart replaced him and immediately gave up a strip sack that the Rams recovered. New York is also down to its third-string left guard.

Thomas is questionable to return with an ankle injury, meaning he likely suffered a high ankle sprain.
