The Packers' starting left tackle, David Bakhtiari, has battled an injured knee the last couple of seasons, and this week is no different. He has only played in 265 snaps this season. But, according to PFF, when he's available, he is still an elite player producing an 84.2 pass-blocking grade.
Bakhtiari logged a limited practice Friday and is questionable to play against the lions.
2021 All-pro linebacker De'Vondre Campbell injured his knee last week and is out for the game. That leaves a big hole in the Packers' defense, with Isaiah McDuffie and Eric Wilson in line to fill in.
Flexible offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins is coming off tearing his ACL in week 11 of last season. He has returned for some games but has had knee and foot flare-ups. This week he's logged back-to-back limited practices but is questionable to play.
After Randall Cobb was put on the injured reserve list, the thought was that rookie second-round pick Christian Watson would start getting more targets. Well, Watson suffered a concussion in his limited time on the field and has to clear concussion protocol to play this week.
The Lions have suffered multiple injuries throughout their receiver room and offensive line. Starting left tackle Taylor Decker has been battling a groin injury that's made him a limited participant in practice. Halapoulivaati Vaitai, who started at guard, is out for the year.
Star WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is not on the injury report this week after battling many injuries this season. But Josh Reynolds has been battling a back injury that's caused him to only practice one day this week in a limited capacity.
Reynolds is doubtful for the contest.
RB D'Andre Swift has been battling an ankle injury for multiple weeks. But, after playing last week, he's expected to be out there for the divisional matchup this week.
Brock Wright, the tight end set to fill in for T.J. Hockenson, is in concussion protocol but logged a full practice on Friday.
The Packers are favored by 3.5 points on the road against the Lions, and the over/under is 49.5, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
