The Panthers tight end has been ruled out with a concussion for the second week in a row. At this point, it comes into question whether he will return this season or perhaps he has played his last game. I'm not saying the concussion is so severe that he will be prevented from playing again but given that his concussion symptoms have gone on for two weeks and how symptoms can sometimes extends several more weeks, with only to go in the season, the question now comes up about whether he will play again. I would hate to see him not return this season and would hate to see him retire in this way but both seem to be possibilities at this point in time.
