The Grizzlies will miss forward Dillon Brooks in Game 3 against the Warriors but get back center Steven Adams.
Adams missed the last three playoff games, including the first two against Golden State, as he worked through health and safety protocols. He cleared protocols on Friday afternoon and will likely start for Memphis as it attempts to steal a road game.
Adams will be a major boon on the boards for the Grizzlies, who have been out-rebounded by the undersized Warriors in each of the first two games in the series.
The 28-year-old Kiwi was out of the rotation for most of the first round series versus the Timberwolves. He averaged 21.5 minutes in three games against Golden State in the regular season, the lowest of any opponent.
Desmond Bane is off of the injury report after reportedly suffering through back tightness in Game 2.
Bane scored five points with six rebounds on seven shots in only 32 minutes and was visibly limited by the back issue.
Bane was averaging 23.5 points and 4.2 rebounds on .500/.491/.900 shooting splits in the first round series before he suffered the back injury in Game 1.
