Heat superstar Jimmy Butler did not return for the second half of Game 3 because of knee inflammation, the team announced at halftime.
Jimmy Butler Injury Update
Butler had 8 points on 3-8 shooting, plus 3 rebounds and 2 assists in 19 minutes in the first half.
He missed Game 5 on April 26 with right knee inflammation. The team did not specify which side Butler is experiencing the inflammation in this time, but it's likely in the same right knee.
The Heat led 62-47 at halftime.
Tyler Herro and Victor Oladipo will likely absorb more of the scoring responsibilities if Butler misses time this series.
