First round pick Henry Ruggs III is out for the Las Vegas Raiders. Quarterback Derek Carr is now down a weapon heading into a matchup with New England. Ruggs showed up on the injury report yesterday with a hamstring injury. He’s been nursing a knee injury as well, but was able to play in Week 2 however he seemed limited and was unable to play to his ability. Given his position and how much he relies on his speed, this hamstring could be a tough injury get through.
