The Chiefs have received the biggest change in the Injury Index out of all 32 teams this week. Who would’ve thought a Patrick Mahomes led offense would receive an C offensive grade. Mahomes will play through an ankle sprain but he’s down his left tackle and guard. Sammy Watkins and Tyreek Hill are unlikely to play. If Hill does play, he’ll be limited and run specialty routes to avoid contact. Defensively, the Chiefs lost two starting interior lineman and linebacker Anthony Hitchens is questionable to play. For Houston, they will likely miss Kenny Stills. Cornerback Jonathan Joseph showed up on the injury report due to a hamstring, but I think he plays effectively. The newly injured team here is the Chiefs, as their Injury Index grades suffered dramatically.
