Houston Texans quarterback Tyrod Taylor left the game at halftime with a hamstring injury. By video, he suffered the injury on his first passing attempt after his touchdown run in the second quarter. Taylor has officially been ruled out and it will be difficult for him to be ready for the Thursday Night Football matchup with the Panthers.
Update
Taylor will get an MRI on his hamstring on Monday. He reportedly will not play in the Thursday Night Football matchup with the Panthers, meaning Davis Mills will get his first career start.
