Even though the Chargers may be down to their fourth tight end, do not look for Henry to play vs Broncos this Sunday. Virgil Green (groin) missed last week's game and Sean Culkin tore his Achilles and is done for the season. Henry suffered a lateral tibial plateau fracture (more bone bruise than displaced fracture like JJ Watt last season) and even finished his team's opening week victory. My original estimate for return was four to six weeks. Although this is the fifth game coming up, the calendar only shows this to be the third week after injury so practice is unlikely to happen this week and no practice equals no play. Next week would be the first opportunity for Henry to possibly return. The Chargers need him as they continue to be among the most injured teams. They seemed to dress Melvin Gordon off two days of practice after his holdout as an emergency player vs Dolphins as they otherwise would not have had 46 healthy players.
