Thursday night's showdown versus AFC south rivals is massive as the winner takes the division lead. Both squads will have their health deficiencies. Houston has problems in their secondary. Safeties Justin Reid and Mike Adams are unlikely to play and Tashaun Gipson has been limited in practice with a back issue. Cornerback Bradley Roby was limited in practice with a hamstring injury and is unlikely to play while slot corner Lonnie Johnson jr. did not practice due to a new ankle injury. The Colts receiving core is equally affected as their top three wide receivers are likely out. T.Y. Hilton is still unlikely to play with his calf injury and Devin funchess is still not ready to return from injury reserve. Parris Campbell was limited in practice all week with a recent metacarpal fracture surgery which means he ran some routes but will likely be unable to catch the the football. In addition, running back Marlon Mack is unable to suit up due to a broken hand and tight end Eric Ebron is unlikely to play with an ankle injury. This will limit their offense even further as they are already down there wideouts. Two of their cornerbacks, Pierre Desir and Rock Ya-Sin, are dealing with injuries which could ultimately rule them out. If they do play, they will be limited and ineffective.
